A patched version of the Heidi desktop app (v1.1.2) has been released to fix the login and logout loop issue. The fix has been tested on both Mac and Windows and is rolling out to impacted users now.
If you continue to experience issues, please try logging out and back in, or reinstalling the desktop app.
The web app and telehealth remain unaffected and fully operational.
